Our Story at The Corbridge Condiment Company

Welcome!

I'm Greg, and the story at The Corbridge Condiment Company began right here in our beloved village of Corbridge, nestled in the picturesque Tyne Valley of rural Northumberland.

The inspiration for our unique range of condiments sparked from a very personal need: my wife Rosalia's allergy to artificial pectin, a common ingredient in most commercially produced jams. This challenge became my passion, as I set out to create delicious, natural preserves that Rosalia – and everyone – could truly enjoy.

From that simple desire, The Corbridge Condiment Company was born. We lovingly craft a range of condiments that blend cherished traditions with a touch of unique flair, ensuring every jar tells a tale of flavour and dedication.

Our Values: Quality, Community, and Craftsmanship

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to using only the finest quality ingredients. We believe the best flavours come from the best produce, and we make every effort to source locally from our Northumberland community whenever possible.

Each and every batch of our jams, chutneys, and sauces is made in small quantities, allowing us to pour our full care and attention into every single jar and bottle. This dedication to homemade methods ensures that traditional techniques are kept alive, resulting in that authentic, comforting taste you'll love.

Living in Corbridge, we deeply embrace the strong sense of community that village life fosters. This spirit guides our business, as we actively strive to support local businesses and put them at the very heart of our values. When you choose The Corbridge Condiment Company, you're not just enjoying exceptional taste; you're supporting a local passion rooted in tradition and community.
