Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The delivery charge may depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Free local delivery may be available for orders within a 10-mile radius of Corbridge. If your delivery address qualifies, the free local delivery option should be shown at checkout.

Any available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Most orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

During busy periods, market periods, holidays, severe weather, or times of high demand, dispatch may take a little longer.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service used and the destination address.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will try to let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

Packaging

We pack our products carefully to reduce the risk of breakages in transit.

As our products are glass jars and bottles, please take care when opening your parcel and handling the contents.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where possible, please include:

• your order number;
• your name and contact details;
• photographs of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable; and
• a brief description of the issue.

We will deal with damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items in accordance with your statutory rights and our Refund and Returns Policy.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided by the customer.

We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Local Collection

Local collection from Corbridge may be available by prior arrangement only.

Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to discuss collection in person.

Unless local collection has been agreed in advance, orders should be placed for delivery through the website.

Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery may occasionally be affected by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal or courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, accidents, supply issues or other unexpected events.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless we have agreed otherwise.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.
