For our Blackberry & Port Jam we've combined the rich, dark fruitiness of ripe blackberries with a generous splash of fine port.  This creates a jam with incredible depth and warmth, far beyond your average preserve.  It's truly something special – fantastic on your morning toast, divine with a cheese board, or even as a luxurious topping for decadent Eton Mess.
