Plum & Mulled Wine Jam

We love to create something truly comforting and special, and our Plum & Mulled Wine Jam does just that.  We've taken rich, sweet plums and simmered them gently with classic mulled wine spices and a splash of warming red wine.  The result is a wonderfully aromatic and deeply flavourful jam that evokes cosy evenings.  It's magnificent with strong cheeses, a revelation alongside roast pork, or a simply perfect spread on a warm crumpet on a chilly day.
